Oilfield services company Mustang Well Services located in Alberta, Canada entered into receivership.
Tiger’s Role
Tiger conducted a mix of orderly and auction sales of the Company’s assets which included Service Rigs, Deck Trucks, Pump, & Auxiliary Trucks from NOV, Crane Carrier, Cardwell, Franks, Irontech, Rykar, MWS, International, Western Star, Freightliner, and Kenworth.
Tiger provided a guarantee on the proceeds of the sale to the Receiver and the results provided upside sharing with additional proceeds going to the estate.
