Tiger’s team of industry experts conduct comprehensive appraisals on a wide range of industrial and commercial equipment – from plastics manufacturing and energy refinement to rolling stock and yellow iron – and everything in between. Like our consumer goods practice, our ability to determine M&E asset values is grounded in our role as disposition agents. Our Industrial Remarketing division conducts dozens of equipment auctions domestically each year, while our Australian division focuses on the resale of heavy transport and mining equipment.

As is the case with consumer goods, Tiger leverages this disposition experience and our proprietry database of asset recovery values when conducting M&E valuations. Each report reflects an uncompromising focus on accuracy, is USPAP-compliant, and features the following components:

  • Appraisal Scope
  • Executive Summary
  • Asset Details and Evaluation
  • Valuation Factors
  • Channels of Distribution and Exit Strategy
  • Company Overview
  • Corporate Field Visit(s)
  • Collateral Review Recommendations
  • Supplemental Appraisal Information
  • Financial Analysis and Exhibits

Appraisal Updates

Tiger’s focus is to provide the Lender with a highly reliable net recovery value on industrial M&E. After the initial appraisal,
Tiger will review economic trends and industry specific factors that may affect the valuation of the equipment.
Professionals within our organization are always available to advise clients of recent trends and potential risks at any
time following the issuance of an appraisal.

Subsequent appraisal updates will highlight recent changes affecting the updated valuation. A detailed analysis comparing
the current and previous report is the focus of each appraisal update.
