ANALYSIS
Know exactly where you stand in your marketplace. Tiger conducts a comprehensive analysis of your business – including assets, marketing, merchandising and financial position, coupled with interviews of owners and management – all free of charge.

We then present you with a detailed proposal projecting sales, expenses and profitability. This provides you with a clear picture of the current market value of your retail inventories, business value, borrowing base and net worth.

STAFFING
Working seamlessly with your staff, Tiger provides an on-site consultant at each event location and additional sales and support staff as necessary. Tiger consultants coordinate all aspects of the event including management, merchandising, advertising, display, tagging, sales, clerical and administrative duties. A Tiger senior executive oversees the on-site consultants and brings the full resources of Tiger’s central offices and staff to provide guidance as needed.

AUGMENTED INVENTORY
Where appropriate, Tiger’s sourcing partners provide, on consignment, any needed additional inventory to a sales event thus freeing your lines of credit and providing access to fine, opportunistic inventories that are unavailable to others. Inventories for your event are selected for maximum sales and margins while maintaining your reputation for fine offerings. You take a significant share in the profits of the sale of this merchandise.
